1. Publisher and contact

2. Service description

AutomatReels is a SaaS that lets you assemble short videos (hook, text overlay, product clip, music), schedule posts, and publish to TikTok and Instagram Reels through official platform APIs, within your plan limits.

The service is intended for professional use. The publisher does not guarantee views, virality, or commercial results.

3. Account and access

Access requires an account created with Google or an email magic link. You are responsible for your mailbox security and account use.

You must provide accurate information and notify the publisher of unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Paid features are available only through Whop subscriptions (Starter, Growth, Agency), billed monthly or yearly depending on the offer.

Prices, quotas (seats, TikTok/Instagram accounts, posts) and features are shown on pricing pages and in billing. A trial may be offered depending on the current offer.

Payment is processed by Whop. Billing, trial and renewal terms are those of Whop and your selected offer. Non-payment or expiry may suspend paid access.

5. Connected social accounts

You may connect TikTok and Instagram accounts within your plan limits. You represent that you have the rights to authorize AutomatReels to publish via official APIs.

You keep ownership of your accounts and may disconnect anytime. The publisher is not responsible for suspensions or changes imposed by TikTok, Meta/Instagram or Whop.

6. Content and responsibilities

You are solely responsible for content (videos, text, music, hashtags) you provide or that the service assembles and publishes for you.

You must not use AutomatReels for illegal, misleading, rights-infringing content, or content that violates social platform rules.

The publisher may suspend or terminate access for serious breaches of these terms or applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

The software, AutomatReels brand, interface and distinctive elements remain the property of the publisher or its licensors.

Media you upload remain yours. You grant the publisher a limited license to process them solely to provide the service (composition, temporary storage, publishing).

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. The publisher aims for reasonable availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation (maintenance, third-party incidents, platform APIs).

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct damages and amounts paid for the subscription in the last twelve (12) months.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and manage your subscription under Whop rules (cancellation, non-renewal).

The publisher may terminate or suspend the account for non-payment, abuse or breach of these terms, with notice when reasonably possible.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, courts at the publisher's registered office have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
